You can export existing audio tags for future reference and import ID3 tags from a database with the help of a text file.
MP3 tag tool will also let you quickly order your audio files by making new subfolders and moving sound files into them using the scheme that you specify. Imagine that you have a random structure of nested folders in your folder for songs.
